Executive Vice President
Leo Schiltz is Executive Vice President and Manager of the Branch in Caldwell, Kansas. He has been employed with the bank since 1981. Leo is a Board member of Impact Bank. He holds a BS in Ag Econ from OSU and MS in Ag Econ from U of A in Tucson. Leo is on the Board of Sumner County Economic Development Committee and South Central Kansas Economic Development Committee. He serves on the Finance Committee of the Hospital District #1 in Caldwell and is the Treasurer of USD 360 in Caldwell. He is active in S.H.A.R.E, Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Caldwell Historical Society and his church.
LU ANN JAMISON
Vice President / Cashier
Lu Ann has been an employee of Impact Bank since 1981 working in the bookkeeping department and as a teller prior to serving in her current position as Vice President/Cashier. She is a life-long resident of Caldwell and is a strong supporter of promoting her hometown as a great place to live and raise a family. She is actively involved in the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and the S.H.A.R.E (Saving Hometown and Rural Existence) Group, as well as the Caldwell Historical Society and Opera House Theater Group.
Loan Processor / Customer Service Representative
Gayla has been with the bank for 36 years as a customer service representative and loan processor. Being a native of Caldwell, she supports her hometown and is proud of it!
Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative
Suzanne Yunker has devoted 32 years to the bank. She is the bookkeeper and customer service representative serving patrons in the drive-up window. She has lived in the Corbin-Caldwell area her entire life and is active in the Corbin Methodist Church. She belongs to many civic organizations and just recently was awarded the KanOkla Community Service Award. She is on the board of the Alumni Association and Sumner County Fair and enjoys participating the Community Theater group. Suzie is a big supporter of the school and community!

Denise has 18 years of service with the bank and is currently President of the local CWGA.
