Bob LeftwichHaving moved to Wellington 30 years ago, Bob has a passion for Wellington. He continues to be involved in the heart of the community, whether it's our Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development, the City or County. He believes the Impact Bank should set the bar for promoting our community. The Impact Bank has its roots firmly planted here and has the goal to help Wellington and Sumner County prosper. Bob firmly believes in the slogan "LIVE WELL - LIVE WELLINGTON!"

Jared Brown

Dana Anderson Jared L. Brown  joined Impact Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer beginning July 31, 2017.  He most recently worked as a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Brown’s career has focused on providing risk-based supervision strategies to community banks.  Brown has a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University, where he majored in Business Administration.  He and his wife, Sammie, a counselor at Wellington High School, are the parents of two children.  Brown is a board member for the Wellington Crusader Club, has volunteered as a youth baseball, basketball and softball coach, and is active in the United Methodist Church.


Dana Anderson

Assistant Vice President

Dana AndersonDana has been employed with Impact Bank since 1999,  as an investment executive and most recently promoted to Assistant Vice President in the Impact Bank consumer loan department.  Dana graduated from Wellington High School and attended Butler County Community College on a football scholarship.  He continued on to Kansas State University where he received a Bachelors' degree in Ag Economics.  Dana is a lifelong resident of the Wellington community and has served on numerous committees including Wellington Community Foundation and Library Board, Airport Board,  Memorial Auditorium Board and the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Wellington.  Dana has also served on the Wellington City Council from 1989 to 1995 and again from 2011 to 2013.  He has been a member of the  Wellington Lions Club for over 20 years and served as a Wellington Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.



Alan Campbell

Alan CampbellAlan began his work in Wellington at Impact Bank in 1989. He has a commitment to see all customers succeed in their chosen endeavor and provide an understanding of how a financial institution can play a role in helping them reach their objective. Alan is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has chosen to make Wellington his home. He volunteers his time within the community involved in Rotary Club, Sumner County Jr. Livestock Association, Planning & Zoning Commission and the United Methodist Church.

Carley Cole

Vice President & Cashier

Carley has been employed at Impact Bank for over 30 years. Her duties include maintaining financial records and deposit compliance regulations for the bank. Carley brings experience and excellent customer service skills to her job at Impact Bank.

Jeff McGuire

Jeff McGuireAs an Agriculture Lending Officer, Jeff's roots on the family farm give him valuable insight into the needs of our customers. Majoring in Banking, Finance and Economics, Jeff is a graduate of Northwest Oklahoma State University and has made his home in Wellington. Jeff has been employed by Impact Bank since 2001 and has been actively involved in the local Rotary Club and Wellington youth organizations.

DeAun Norris

Vice President - Consumer Lending / Compliance

DeAun NorrisEmployed by Impact Bank since 1987, DeAun is very familiar with the needs of our consumer and residential lending customers. After obtaining her Master of Science Degree from Kansas State University, she returned home to Wellington to work for Impact Bank. She is in charge of the lending and deposit compliance regulations for the Bank. A lifelong resident of Wellington, DeAun commits her time and energy to children in the community supporting numerous organizations.

Jill Turek

Vice President - Marketing/Human Resources

Jill TurekWith over 20 years marketing experience, Jill began her employment with Impact Bank in 2000. Graduating from Wichita State with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, she is dedicated to providing efficient, accurate and friendly service to all Impact Bank customers. Her role as a mother and partner in the family farm are a testament to her family values and strong work ethic.
