IMPACT BANK is Temporarily Moving to Drive-Thru Only Service

Because the well-being of our customers and employees comes first, IMPACT BANK will temporarily close lobbies in Caldwell and Wellington, until further notice. Full-service banking will still be available through our drive-thru facilities during normal business hours.

Customers who need access to a safe deposit box, open a new account or meet with a loan officer   should contact customer service at 620-326-3361 or 620-845-6444 to make arrangements.  Masks are required to enter the bank.

As a reminder, you can also access your accounts in the following ways:

  • Use our secure E-Banking or Mobile Banking app.
  • Bank over the phone by calling 620-326-3334. Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm; after hours, you can use automated features to access your accounts.
  • Visit one of our 5  ATM locations in Wellington and Caldwell.
