    Frequently Asked Questions

    Impact Bank is working to make this system upgrade as smooth as possible. Please review these frequently asked questions and answers. If you have additional questions, please visit your local Impact Bank location or call us at (620) 326-3361.

    Why is the system upgrade necessary? Upgrading the bank’s core processing system is necessary, just like any other maintenance and upgrades on all computer systems. The upgraded system will allow Impact Bank to serve you more efficiently and enable us to offer new products and services, making your banking experience better.

    Will my account numbers change? No. Your existing account numbers will all remain the same.

    Will ATMs and branch locations be available? No. All Impact Bank locations will be closed beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 2, and reopen on 8 a.m. on Monday, October 5. Our ATMs may be intermittently unavailable during the weekend of October 2nd through the 4th. Please plan to have extra cash on hand.

    Will Online and Mobile Banking be available during the upgrade? No. You will not have access to Impact Bank Online Banking or Mobile Banking from 5 p.m. on Friday, October 2, through 8 a.m. on Monday, October 5. Touch Tone Banking will also be unavailable during the system upgrade.

    Will my debit card work during and after the upgrade? Yes. You may continue to use any debit card associated with an Impact Bank account during the upgrade process. However, Impact Bank ATMs may be intermittently unavailable.

    Will my loan payment due date change because of the upgrade? No. If you have a loan with Impact Bank, your payment date will remain the same, even if it is scheduled during the upgrade. Please plan to make your payment by Friday, October 2 at 5 p.m. if your due date falls on Saturday, October 3, or Sunday, October 4.

    May I use my current checks during and after the upgrade? Yes. Please continue to use your current supply of Impact Bank checks. Our third-party check provider remains the same, should you need to place a reorder.

    Is my personal and financial information secure? Yes. The safety and security of your information is our top priority. The system upgrade will provide heightened ID and account security to offer even greater protection.
